BLOOMFIELD, Mo. -- Virginia Rose Finn, 82, of Bloomfield died Friday, Jan. 2, 2004, at Advance Nursing Center in Advance, Mo.
She was born March 18, 1921, at Williamsville, Mo., daughter of Roy and Pearl McGee Haynie Sr. She and Alvin Finn were married July 27, 1940, at Kennett, Mo.
Finn was a member of Care Spring Baptist Church at St. Peters, Mo.
Survivors include three sons, James Finn of Ellsinore, Mo., Ronald Finn of Marble Hill, Mo., John Finn of DeSoto, Mo.; a daughter, Jeanne Handley of New Johnson, Tenn.; three brothers, Roy Haynie Jr. and Mack Haynie of Advance, James Haynie of Alpharetta, Ga.; a sister, Dorothy Hill of Hazelwood, Mo.; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and three brothers.
Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance from 5 to 8 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Bill Sargent officiating. Burial will be in McGee New Hope Cemetery at McGee, Mo.
