MARBLE HILL -- Virginia Alia Butler, 78, of Marble Hill, died Wednesday, Dec. 18, 1991, at her home.
She was born Sept. 3, 1913, in Cantwell, daughter of Daniel and Joyce Clayborne Wahittier.
She married Clifton Elexander Butler on April 9, 1938. He died May 2, 1965.
She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Jackson.
Survivors are on daughter, Marie Brantley of Marble Hill; one sister, Dora Huskey of Leadington; and five grandchildren.
Friends may call today after 6 p.m. at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Funeral service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the First Assembly of God Church in Jackson, with the Rev. Dean Heady officiating. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
