WARE, Ill. -- Virgie Eudy, 77, of Ware, died Monday, April 25, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. She was born Dec. 18, 1916, in Alexander County, daughter of Fred and Linnie Holshouser Cain. She and Clovis Eudy were married March 17, 1934...

WARE, Ill. -- Virgie Eudy, 77, of Ware, died Monday, April 25, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

She was born Dec. 18, 1916, in Alexander County, daughter of Fred and Linnie Holshouser Cain. She and Clovis Eudy were married March 17, 1934.

Eudy was a member of Anna Heights Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Ella Carlton of Vienna; two sons, Lyman and Lynn Eudy of Jonesboro; two brothers, Raymond and Marion Cain of Tamms; nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, two grandchildren and two brothers.

Friends may call at Norris and Son Funeral Home in Jonesboro after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Revs. Al Slayter and Scott Harner officiating. Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery.
