Vincent S. Pecaut, 93, of Cape Girardeau and formerly of Perryville, Mo., died Thursday, July 31, 2003 at River's Run Healthcare and Rehab Center.
He was born May 20, 1910, at Perryville, son of Sebastian and Myrtle Pecaut. He and Alice LaRose were married. She died March 16, 1999.
Pecaut was retired from the International Shoe Factory.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Pecaut of Cape Girardeau and Roy Pecaut of Tulsa, Okla.; two daughters, Lucille Ashbridge of Phoenix, Ariz., and Frances Fellow of St. Charles, Mo.; a brother, Bobby Pecaut of Perryville; and a sister, Irene Hoehn of Perryville; 16 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday at Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. Parish wake service will be at 7 p.m. Monday.
Funeral will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville, with the Rev. William Thess officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery in Perryville.
