Funeral for E. Victor Williams of Fenton was held July 11 at Chapel Hill Mortuary in High Ridge. Pastor Gail Robbins officiated, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery in St. Louis.
Williams, 59, died Monday, July 6, 1998, at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital in Fairbanks, Alaska.
He was born Feb. 10, 1939, in Oklahoma City, Okla., son of E. Victor and Ruth Jane Gibson Williams, formerly of Cape Girardeau. He and Gwen Perotka were married Jan. 13, 1996, at Fenton.
Williams retired last December as a sub-assembler with Chrysler Corp. He was a member of International Association of Machinists Local 837, Masonic Lodge 281, St. Mary's Masonic Lodge 226, and Scottish Rite.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, James Williams of Fairbanks, Steven Williams of Lexington, Ky.; a daughter, Cynthia Wilson of Mt. Sterling, Ky.; two stepsons, Robert Shellabarger of Ballwin, Daniel Shellabarger of High Ridge; a sister, Carole Hirth of Wildwood; and two granddaughters.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
