SCOTT CITY, Mo. -- Victor Henry Heise, 67, of Scott City died Friday, Dec. 7, 2001, at his home.

He was born Dec. 26, 1933, in Cape Girardeau, son of Henry and Albertine Senn Heise. He and Carol Joan Lance were married Aug. 15, 1964, in Cape Girardeau.

Heise had been an engineer with Ingram Barge Line, worked at Bunny Bread in Cape Girardeau, and was a truck driver with Christian Salveson Transport.

He moved to Scott City 36 years ago from Cape Girardeau. He attended Father's Arms Fellowship.

Heise served in the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Ricky and Randy Heise of Jackson, Mo., Victor Heise of Forestville, Md.; a daughter, Tanya Hall of Burfordville, Mo.; a brother, Edwin Heise of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Olga Little of Van Buren, Mo.; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, and a sister.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City after 10 a.m. Thursday.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Kenny Strong officiating. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
