FARMINGTON -- Memorial service for Vicki Keith Hoffman of Farmington will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the United Memorial Methodist Church.

Cozean Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Hoffman died Thursday, March 10, 1994, at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center.

Hoffman was a teacher at Farmington Middle School, and was named Teacher of the Year for 1991-92. She was president of Community Teachers Association, charter member and board member and past vice president of Optimist Club.

Survivors include her husband, Terry Hoffman; a daughter, Kristi Keith of Jackson; a son, David Keith of Farmington; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Rorex of Farmington; two sisters, Leanna Johnson and Tara Rorex of Farmington; maternal grandmother, Bonnie Kegley of Farmington, and paternal grandmother, Myrtle Rorex of Hoxie, Ark.
