DUTCHTOWN -- Vernice Catherine Koch, 72, of Dutchtown, died Monday, Oct. 12, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center.

She was born May 24, 1920, at Dutchtown, daughter of Otto Jacob and Stella Louise Obermann Koch.

Koch was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church at Chaffee, and its Daughters of St. Ambrose.

Survivors include a brother, Kenneth Koch of St. Louis; four sisters, Doris Guido of Utica, N.Y., Imogene Dumey of Dutchtown, Madina Heisserer of Affton, and Betty Guido of Oriskany, N.Y.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother and stepfather.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Ambrose Church. The Rev. Allan Saunders will officiate, with burial in St. Edward's Catholic Cemetery at Dutchtown.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee after 4 p.m. Wednesday. Parish prayers will be at 7:30.
