ANNA, Ill. -- Funeral service for Veda Mae Pulliam of Tunnel Hill was held Wednesday at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home. The Rev. Dean Stevenson officiated, with burial in Ebenezer Hall Cemetery at Lick Creek.
Pulliam, 60, died Sunday, May 3, 1992, at Union County Hospital here.
She was born Nov. 7, 1931, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of James and Virginia Pogue Long. She married Henry Pulliam in 1956.
Survivors include her husband; five daughters, Pauline Arterberry of Anna, Cathy Maxey of Jacob, Carol Iman of Gorham, Mary Boitnott of Cape Girardeau, Mo., Lori Dennis of Elco; five sons, Robert Pulliam of Farmington, Mo., Ronnie Pulliam of Ozark, James Pulliam of Buncombe, Michael and Roger Pulliam of Carbondale; two brothers, Johnny Long of Fredericktown, Mo., Lester Long of St. Clair, Mo.; two sisters, Mary Horton of Irondale, Mo., Gladys Welch of Chaffee, Mo., and 27 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son and four sisters.
