He was born Aug. 2, 1961, at Cincinnati, Ohio, son of Lorenzo D. Stacy and Margaret L. Campbell Stacy.

He was a cook.

He is survived by four brothers, Ernest Ray Stacy of Benton, Billy Ray Caldwell of Hazard, Ky., Eugene Combs of Louisville, Ky., and J. R. Stacy, North Bend, Ind.; and eight sisters, Mary Stacy of Hazard, Myrtle Price of Shreveport, La., Janice Collins of Mossville, N.J., Pam Blankenship and Phyllis Stacy, both of Scott City, Debbie Courtney of Cape Girardeau, Edith Hendricks of Cincinnati, and Carolyn Edwards of McKee City, N.J.

A graveside service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Lightner Cemetery at Scott City.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel from noon to 1:30 Monday.
