Twila M. Pieper, 84, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022, at Saint Francis Medical Center.
She was born August 27, 1937 in Des Moines, Iowa, to James Severson and Clara Anderson. She and Roger Pieper were married at Des Moines in 1958. He preceded her in death in October of 2020.
She loved nature and was an avid bird watcher. She loved her family and enjoyed reading. She also loved her Bible and had a love for music.
Survivors include daughter, Lisa D. Pieper of Jackson; son, Kevin (Amy) Pieper of Henderson, Arkansas; brother, Jim Severson of Honolulu, Hawaii; two grandchildren, Shawn Campbell of Jackson, Terra Ippolito of Lowell, Arkansas; four great-grandchildren, Hannah Campbell of Jackson, Nicholas Campbell of Jackson, Kade Campbell of Jackson, and Juniper Ippolito of Lowell.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and one grandchild, Josh Campbell.
