DONGOLA, Ill. Troy W. Sivia, 77, of Dongola died Sunday, Feb. 16, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Oct. 25, 1914, at Dongola, the son of James and Nellie Karraker Sivia. On Nov. 24, 1934, he married Euba Karraker, who survives of the home.

He was a member of the Wetaug Church of Christ and was retired from the Union County Highway Department.

Other survivors include a daughter, Velda Brown of Jonesboro; a sister, Iola Sheffer of Eddyville, Kent.; a brother James Sivia of St. Charles, Mo.; two grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and seven step, great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 5 p.m today at the Crain Funeral Home in Dongola, where funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Joe Johnson will officiate, and burial will be in the Christian Chapel Cemetery.
