TROY I. HENDRIX

OAK RIDGE -- Troy I. Hendrix, 77, died Thursday, Nov. 2, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Jan. 18, 1918, at Burfordville, son of John W. and Katie Allard Hendrix. He and Lala V. (Sue) Pennebaker were married March 24, 1939.

He was self-employed as a farmer for most of his life.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Troy D. Hendrix, Gary D. Hendrix and Stephen A. Hendrix, all of Jackson; two daughters, Rosalee Hendrix of Oak Ridge; two sisters, Adell Hartle of Jackson and Bessie Cooper of Fredericktown; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a sister and five brothers.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Howard Huddle officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
