Troy Lee Davenport, 56, of Gordonville passed away Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2017, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Born on April 24, 1961, in Cape Girardeau, he was the son of Troy and Bettie L. Ravenstein Davenport.

He worked as a truck driver for Eagle Excavating.

He is survived by two daughters, April Davenport and Christian Ritter, both of Marble Hill, Missouri; and five grandchildren, Evan, Wyatt and Liam Nielsen and Danika and Tawny Ritter.

A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson. The Rev. Joe Rowley will officiate.

Memorials may be given to the family to help defray funeral expenses.

Hutchings Funeral Chapel is assisting the family.
