Travis Shantell Scales, aka "Gator Grench," 35, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, Feb. 9, 2017, in St. Louis.
He was born July 18, 1981, in Blytheville, Arkansas, to Harold Gene Henderson and Deloris Scales Hall. At age 5, he moved from Blytheville to Cape Girardeau, where he lived with Tabiatha Harris.
Survivors include his mother, Deloris (Delbert) Hall of Cape Girardeau; father, Harold Gene Henderson of Arkansas; sister, Atilya Scales; and brother, Martavis Latray Scales, both of Cape Girardeau; two nieces; and a nephew.
Friends may call from noon to 1 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. William Rogers officiating.
