TRACI ANN DAVIS

SCOTT CITY -- Funeral service for Traci Ann Davis of Scott City will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau. The Revs. Audi Long and J.C. Mattox will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday.

Davis, 24, died Saturday, Nov. 9, 1991, at Southeast Missouri Hospital, from stab wounds she received earlier that morning.

She was born May 26, 1967, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Otis and Gustava Clay Ferrell. She married Samuel M. Davis Dec. 24, 1983, in Cape Girardeau.

Davis attended Jackson High School, and was a self-employed child care provider. She was of the Baptist denomination.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Christopher and Bryant Davis; a daughter, Keshia Davis, all of Scott City; her mother; a brother, Troy Ferrell, and two sisters, Darlene Hartlein and Shirley Woeltje, all of Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her father.
