Tommy W. Puckett, 15, of Cape Girardeau, died Friday, March 19, 1993 at Southeast Missouri Hospital. He was born Dec. 28, 1977, at St. Louis. Survivors include his father, Norman Puckett of Chaffee; his mother, Pamela Masterson Swanner of Cape Girardeau; step-father, Stevie Swanner of Cape Girardeau; brother, Norman Puckett Jr., of Cape Girardeau; and step grandparents John and Mary Coomer of Cave City, Ky....

He was a student at Cape Central Junior High. He was a former Cub Scout in Pack 15.

Service will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Ford & Sons Sprigg Street Chapel, with the Rev. Earl Cox officiating. Burial will be in Lorimier Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday.
