MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Tom Runnels, 67, of Marble Hill died Sunday, Sept. 3, 2000, at Marble Hill.
He was born March 10, 1933, at Marble Hill, son of Norman and Mary Fox Runnels.
He and Sandra Back were married Aug. 25, 1961.
Runnels was an artist. He was a member of the Hahn Chapel General Baptist Church. He was also a member of the National Rifle Association.
Survivors include his wife; a brother, Donald Runnels of Cape Girardeau, and a sister, Margie Liley of Marble Hill.
He was preceded in death by two brothers.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home Chapel in Marble Hill.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. John Ferguson and Dr. John Engelhart officiating.
Burial will be in Cat Ranch Cemetery at Marble Hill, with VFW Post 5900 of Marble Hill performing military rites.
