SIKESTON, Mo. -- Tom E. Robins, 55, of Sikeston died Tuesday, May 8, 2007, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
He was born Nov. 18, 1951, in St. Louis, son of Thomas L. and Georgia Williams Robins. He and Angie Bennett were married Feb. 14, 1996, at Bloomfield, Mo.
Robins was a truck driver and musician.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Jeffrey Robins of St. Louis; two stepsons, Shawn Bennett of Portsmouth, Va., Shannon Bennett of Alexandria, La.; a stepdaughter, Shana Herron of Essex, Mo.; his mother of Advance, Mo.; three brothers, Jack Robins of St. Louis, Kevin Robins of Charlestown, W.Va., Larry Robins of St. Peters, Mo.; two sisters, Barbara Hirschberg of Florissant, Mo., Patsy Spearman of Sullivan, Mo.; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to service time today at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. today at the funeral home, with Angie Robins officiating. Burial will be in Missouri State Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield.
