JACKSON -- Tolman Willoughby, 108, of Jackson, died Monday, Jan. 9, 1995, at Jackson Manor.
He was born July 29, 1886, in Baltimore, Md., son of Thaddeus and Alice Tolman Willoughby. He and Edith Yewell were married Nov. 25, 1912, in Baltimore. She died Feb. 6, 1986.
Willoughby was employed by the former Remington Typewriter Co. 54 years, retiring in 1958.
He had been a member of Joppa Masonic Lodge in Baltimore since 1921, was worshipful master in 1929, and served as secretary 33 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy LaRue of New Port Richey, Fla.; three grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, sister and granddaughter.
Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home after 6:30 p.m. Sunday.
A Masonic memorial service will be held in the chapel at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
