THEBES, Ill. -- Todd S. Thomas, 31, of Thebes died Monday, Dec. 20, 2004, in Thebes.

He was born Dec. 26, 1972, in Cape Girardeau, son of Steve and Paula Thomas.

Thomas was associated in farming with his uncle and grandfather at Willis Farms in Miller City, Ill. He was a part-time employee with Illinois Department of Transportation.

Survivors include a daughter, Greer Thomas of Olive Branch, Ill.; his parents of Miller City; paternal grandmother, Ida Thomas of Cairo, Ill.; and maternal grandparents, Chesley and Cecile Willis of Olive Branch.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather.

There is no visitation.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Olive Branch Cemetery, with the Rev. Larry Jordan officiating.

Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo is in charge of arrangements.
