Funeral service for T.J. Linhart of Cape Girardeau will be held at 10 a.m. today at Warner's Chapel in Granite City, Ill. Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks Cemetery.
Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel was in charge of local arrangements.
Linhart, 72, died Wednesday, Aug. 7, 1996, at his home.
He was born Sept. 6, 1923, in McCoy, Ark., son of Bevley Burton and Nora Elizabeth Fisher Linhart.
Linhart retired from Schnucks Warehouse in St. Louis. He was stationed in England during World War II and received six Bronze Stars.
Survivors include four brothers, Bevley Linhart of Cape Girardeau, Millard Linhart of Indianapolis, Ind., Paul Linhart of St. Louis, Ed Linhart of Ontario, Calif., and a sister, Edna Powell of Lafe, Ark.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
