JONESBORO, Ill. -- Timothy John Burke, 19, of Jonesboro, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 1999, at Memorial Hospital at Carbondale.

He was born April 14, 1980, at Oak Lawn, son of John G. and Marsha Throgmorton Burke. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church at Anna and a student at Anna-Jonesboro Community High School.

Survivors include his parents; maternal grandparents, Dwight and Liberty Throgmorton of Carbondale; paternal grandparents, George and Dolores Burke of Woodstock, Ill.; and a brother, Daniel F. Burke of Virginia Beach, Va.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home at Anna.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church at Anna. The Rev. Tom Miller will officiate, with burial to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery at Carterville.
