Tillie Mae Pobst, 91, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, April 8, 2002, at Ratliff Care Center.
She was born July 25, 1910, at Lusk Chapel, Mo., daughter of Lawrence and Effie Knight Pobst Sr.
Pobst was a seamstress at Ely Walker, and then worked at Florsheim Shoe Co. 32 years, retiring in 1974. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church at Commerce, Mo.
Survivors include a brother, Marshall Pobst of Scott City, Mo.; three sisters, Florence Edmonds, Mary Frances Pickens and Pauline Kraft, all of Cape Girardeau.
She was preceded in death by one brother and three sisters.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City from 5 to 8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Larry Lawman officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery at Charleston, Mo.
