TILETA ENGLER

JACKSON -- Tileta Engler, 93, of Jackson died Thursday, Nov. 13, 1997, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born July 15, 1904, at Oak Ridge, daughter of Rufus and Cora Wills Reid. She and Ray H. Engler were married May 30, 1925. He died March 10, 1972.

Engler was a member of Oak Ridge United Methodist Church and its United Methodist Women, and Oak Ridge and Roberts Extension Clubs.

Survivors include a daughter, Janice Hoffmeister of Jackson; and a sister, Carlyn Carron of Jackson.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Fred Rister officiating. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery near Oak Ridge.
