CAIRO, Ill. -- Thomas "Junior" Neeley, 91, of Cairo and formerly of Mound City, Illinois, died at 4:40 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2022, in Metropolis Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Monday at Crain Funeral Home in Cairo.

Funeral will be at noon Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Larry Buckles officiating. Interment will follow in Mound City National Cemetery, with full military honors accorded by the Illinois Honor Guard and American Legion Post 178.
