Thomas Masterson
Thomas Lynn Masterson, 64, of Scott City died Monday, Nov. 9, 2009, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born June 8, 1946, in Cape Girardeau, to Melvin Elliott and Evelyn Lorene Morton Masterson. He married Diana Lynn Barnett on Feb. 16, 1991, in Scott City.
Masterson was a truck driver for Jim Gibson Trucking.
He is survived by his wife; a son, Thomas Masterson Jr. of Cape Girardeau; three daughters, Amy (Mike) Nevious of Herrin, Ill., Jill (Craig) Glenzy and Leanne (Gary) Heuring of Kelso, Mo.; a brother, Gerald (Melba) Masterson of Panama City, Fla.; two sisters, Leah Richardson of Cape Girardeau, Judy (Collin) Hafele of Jackson; and 10 grandchildren.
A brother preceded him in death.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
