THOMAS LEONARD SEABAUGH

Thomas Leonard Seabaugh, 49, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, April 19, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center.

He was born April 13, 1946, in Cape Girardeau, son of Luther B. and Lillian Jacobs Seabaugh. He married Dianna Welker Nov. 17, 1968, in Jackson. He later married Bettie Jean Carter Skaggs May 28, 1989, in Cape Girardeau.

He was a member of Altenthal-Joerns American Legion Post 158 of Jackson. He had been a sales manager for several automobile dealerships in the area. In January 1994, he opened Budget Motor Co. in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Aaron Seabaugh of Perryville; a stepson, Kevin Skaggs of Cape Girardeau; a stepdaughter, Julie Skaggs of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Jane Wills of Jackson; and a granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call today from 4 to 8 p.m. at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson.

Funeral service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sedgewickville Cemetery.
