PULASKI, Ill. -- Thomas DeWayne McKenna Jr., 31, of Aptos, Calif., died Sunday, Dec. 6, 1992, in Aptos.
He was born Oct. 12, 1961, in South Bend, Ind., son of Thomas D. and Sandy Palm McKenna Sr.
McKenna was a computer programmer with Omni Corp. in San Jose, Calif.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Sandy and Kenneth Wilburn of Pulaski; father and stepmother, Mr. and Mrs. McKenna of South Bend; two sisters, Jeanie Etheridge of Cairo, Tammy McKenna of South Bend; three half brothers, Dan Wilburn of Karnak, Rex Wilburn of Pulaski, Paul McKenna of South Bend; a half sister, Kim McKenna of South Bend; two stepbrothers, Chuck Wilburn of Rolla, Mo., Ken Wilburn of Cleveland, Ohio; a stepsister, Kathy Warder of Harrisburg; maternal grandmother, Ethel Palm of South Bend, and stepgrandmother, Frieda Wilburn of Mounds.
He was preceded in death by a brother, maternal grandfather, paternal grandparents, and a stepbrother.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Bubb Funeral Home in Mishawaka, Ind. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Cemetery in Granger, Ind.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. Thursday.
