Funeral mass for Thomas C. "Buck" Bradford, 2801 Bloomfield, will be held at 10 a.m. today at St. Mary's Cathedral. Msgr. Richard Rolwing will officiate. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Cemetery in Bardstown, Ky.

Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel was in charge of local arrangements.

Bradford, 86, died Saturday, May 28, 1994, at Missouri Veterans Home.

He was born May 27, 1908, at Charleston, son of Ollie Thomas and Agnes Warland Bradford. He first married Nina English July 5, 1930. She died Jan. 26, 1980. He later married Nada Anderson July 18, 1980, at Oran.

Bradford was an operator with Texas Panhandler Corp. of Danville, Ky., retiring in 1973. He had lived in Cape Girardeau since 1980, and was a member of St. Mary's Church. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Larry Bradford of St. Louis, Dr. John Bradford of Bardstown; two daughters, Sharon Klein of St. Louis, Sarah Smith of Sadieville, Ky.; three stepdaughters, Mary Baker of Cape Girardeau, Faye Friga of Morley, Francys Winder of Lewiston, Idaho; two brothers, Ollie Bradford of Jackson, Omer Bradford of Middletown; two sisters, Mary Nenninger of Cape Girardeau, Bertram Murphy of Excelsior Springs; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren, and eight great-stepgrandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son.
