THOMAS BECKER

GLEN ALLEN -- Thomas Frederic Becker, 55, of Glen Allen died Monday, Jan. 13, 1997, at Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Services in Cape Girardeau.

He was born June 18, 1941, in Perryville, son of Fred and Rosa Glaub Becker. He and Janett S. Vaughn were married July 9, 1960.

Becker was a millwright for a construction company, and member of Sedgewickville Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Candisa Palermo of Sedgewickville; a son, Merlyn "Bud" Becker of Patton; six brothers, Norman Glaub of St. Louis, Hubert Becker of Moline, Ill., Doc Becker of Milan, Ill., Donald and Johnny Becker of Plaquemine, La., Paul Becker of Lafayette, Ind.; six sisters, Barbara Halfs of Cleburne, Texas, Mary Blaylock and Sue DeWeese of Perryville, Sally DeWeese of Georgia, Agnes Simmons of Longtown, Ruth Garlo of California; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Patton from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Randy Poole officiating. Burial will be in Sedgewickville Baptist Cemetery.
