THERON A. PRITCHETT JR.

CAIRO, Ill. -- Theron A. Pritchett Jr. of Cairo died Saturday, Nov. 28, 1998, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, Ky. He was 86.

He was born in Cairo Sept. 19, 1912, son of Theron and Jane Cowell Pritchett.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret, in 1984.

He owned the T.A. Pritchett Appliance Store in Cairo. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Cairo Elks Lodge 651 and was a veteran of World War II.

He is survived by a daughter, Patricia Ann Pritchett of Belleville, and other relatives.

Private visitation for the family will be held at the Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo.

Private funeral will be held Tuesday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Jerome Fortenberry officiating.

Burial will be at Green Lawn Memorial Gardens at Villa Ridge.
