Theresa Hunter

Theresa Hunter of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Sept. 3, 2017.

She was born Feb. 4, 1959.

Theresa passed away peacefully in Minnesota after a long life of giving. She left in her absence a tradition of charity, grace and patience that will be remembered by all who knew her.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, J.D. and Katie King, and her beloved dog, Woodstock.

She is survived by her husband, Mark; daughter, Morgan; son, Austin; and sisters, Karen Wilkinson, Lynda Heise and Lisa Dale and their families.

No service will be held at this time.

In lieu of flowers to the family, Theresa asked that charitable contributions be made to the St. Jude Children's Foundation.

Theresa, you will be deeply missed.
