Theodore Brands

MINER, Mo. -- Theodore John "Ted" Brands, 90, of Miner died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2006, at Miner Nursing Home.

He was born April 30, 1915, in Bollinger County, son of John and Bernadine Brauer Brands.

Survivors include a sister, Louise Hulshof of Gordonville.

Brands was a retired farmer, and life member of St. Eustachius Catholic Church in Portageville, Mo.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call at DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville after 6 p.m. Friday.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Eustachius Church, with the Rev. Allen Saunders officiating. Burial will be in Portageville Cemetery.
