MARBLE HILL -- The Rev. Pansy A. Bentley, 80, of Leesburg, Fla., formerly of Lutesville, died Friday, Oct. 15, 1993, at Lake Port Nursing Center in Leesburg.
She was born in Lutesville on May 7, 1913, daughter of George and Della McCormick Sample.
She moved to Leesburg in 1954. She was a retired minister with the Assembly of God denomination, having served for over 50 years.
She married Sanford W. Bentley, who survives of Leesburg.
Also surviving are her stepmother, Novella Sample of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Freda Hunze of Cape Girardeau; six half-brothers, Larry, Gary, Tony, Johnny and Lester Sample, all of Cape Girardeau; and Kenney Sample of Boca Raton, Fla.; and a half-sister, Evelyne Welder of Cape Girardeau.
Visitation will be held Monday at Beyers Funeral Home in Leesburg.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Trinity Assembly of God Church in Fruitland Park, Fla. Burial will be in Lone Oak cemetery in Leesburg.
