CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Terry Randall Simmons, 43, of Charlottesville, Va., died Wednesday, May 31, 2006, at his home.
He was born Nov. 26, 1962, at Chaffee, son of Charles Franklin and June Harrell Simmons.
Simmons was a truck driver with CR England Trucking Co. He was a member of New Caney Family Worship Center in Cleveland, Texas.
Survivors include a daughter, Katessa Simmons of Scott City; his mother of Oran, Mo.; a brother, Tim Simmons of Kelso, Mo.; two sisters, Tana Crapnell of Cleveland, Tara Blankenship of Des Moines, Iowa; maternal grandparents, Watis and Jean Harrell of Chaffee, and Bill and Pauline Chance of Glenallen, Mo.; and a friend, Melissa Webster of Charlottesville.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 4 p.m. Sunday.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the chapel, with Mark Graham officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery at Scott City.
