SIKESTON -- Terry Copeland, 52, of Sikeston died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 1996, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
He was born March 21, 1944, in Sparta, Wis., son of Merle L. and Viola Kugler Copeland. He and Mary Lewis were married Oct. 24, 1964, in Macomb, Ill.
Copeland was manager of a retail shoe store, and veteran of the U.S. Army.
He moved to Sikeston in 1984 from Galesburg, Ill. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Angela Stanton of Cape Girardeau, Teresa Wagoner of Sikeston; a brother, Jerry Copeland of St. Louis; and a granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by a brother.
Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Fellowship Baptist Church, with the Rev. Ted Wimberley officiating. Burial will be in Bushnell Cemetery in Bushnell, Ill.
