Terrence L. Brown, affectionately known as Sam, 38, of Grayson, Ga., died Thursday, May 13, 2010, the result of an accident in Zebulon, N.C.

He was born Aug. 7, 1971, in Cape Girardeau, to Henry and Ruth Dogan Brown of Cape Girardeau.

He was a graduate of Killeen High School in Killeen, Texas. He was of the Baptist belief.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Linda Brown of College Park, Md.; a son, Terrence "T.J." Brown of Grayson; two daughters, Bianca Brown of Jacksonville, Fla., Diedre Wilson of Fayetteville, Ark.; a sister, Jacquelyn Brown of Cape Girardeau; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. today at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will continue from 11 a.m. until time of service at noon Thursday at the church, with the pastor, the Rev. Johnny Thomas, officiating. Interment will be in Lorimier Cemetery.

Williams Funeral Home of Charleston, Mo., is in charge of arrangements.
