PERRYVILLE -- Ted C. Bloom Jr., 50, of Perryville died Friday, Oct. 29, 1999, at John Cochran VA Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born Jan. 30, 1949, in Ste. Genevieve, the son of Ted. C. and Lena Leotta Adams Bloom Sr. He and Connie Collins were married in Mississippi on March 27, 1992.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the American Legion.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Nacona Darlene Bloom of Perryville; a brother, Sidney J. Bloom of Avon; four sisters, Alice L. Sales, Mary S. Thompson and Nova T. Thomure, all of Perryville, and Shirley A. Jones of Waterloo, Ill.
He was preceded in death by one sister.
Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. Sunday at Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. Visitation also will be from 6:30 a.m. until the time of services at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Lane Stockton will officiate, with burial will be at Whitewater Christian Cemetery.
