Tamara L. Williamson, 67, of Jackson died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013, at Heartland Care and Rehab in Cape Girardeau. She was born April 21, 1946, to Wilburn Grant and Helen Williamson. Tamara graduated from Southern Illinois University with a bachelor's degree in art. She worked in retail sales in art and sold jewelry for K's Merchandise. She also worked in New Orleans. She was an artist with a very good eye for buildings. Tamara loved her kitties. She was a member of LaCroix United Methodist Church...

Survivors include cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Rob Mehner officiating. Burial will be at Ava Evergreen Cemetery in Ava, Ill.
