SYLVIA PROCTOR

PERRYVILLE -- Sylvia M. Proctor, 73, of Festus died Monday, Dec. 14, 1998, at St. Anthony's Hospital.

She was born Sept. 28, 1925, at Jackson, daughter of Harvey and Viola Boxdorfer Brewer. She and John Proctor were married Oct. 9, 1945. He died Sept. 12, 1992.

Proctor was a member of Our Ladies Catholic Church at Festus. She was formerly of Perryville.

Survivors include three daughters, Judy Marks and Linda Harden of Barnhart, Karen Sparks of Creve Coeur; two sisters, Ruth Geile of St. Louis, Zida Martin of Perryville; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. today, and Thursday from 6:30-9:20 a.m.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church at Silver Lake. The Rev. Kevin Fausz will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.
