She was born May 29, 1953, in Anna, daughter of Lloyd and Lucille Foster Choate. Stewart had been a registered nurse at Choate Mental Health Center 21 years. CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Suzanne Stewart, 45, of Carbondale died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 1999, in an automobile accident near Fairview Heights.

She was born May 29, 1953, in Anna, daughter of Lloyd and Lucille Foster Choate.

Stewart had been a registered nurse at Choate Mental Health Center 21 years. She was a member of Wolf Lake Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son, Joshua Stewart of Jonesboro; her mother of Marion; her father of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; and a sister, Vicki Hamann of Carbondale.

There is no service.

Hileman and Parr Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
