PALM COAST, Fla. — Susan Kay Price, 76, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2024, in Palm Coast.

Susan graduated with academic distinction from Southeast Missouri State University in May 1985. She went on to teach English as an instructor and assistant professor until 2011, when she retired from Lake Michigan College in Benton Harbor.

In 2013, Susan and her husband, Howard, moved to Palm Coast.

Susan was an avid reader who shared her love of books and reading with her children and grandchildren. When Susan was not reading, she was in the garden, enjoying her pool, spending time with her family or snuggling her dog, Remy.

Susan was preceded in death by her son, Andrew Leland Stewart, and her parents, William Buck and Gloria Pyles Price.

She will be sadly missed by her husband of 36 years, Howard Edgin; daughter, Mollie Stewart; grandchildren, Shelby Pendleton, Aron Hazel and Paige Hazel; brother, Steven Price; and niece, Emily Thurman.
