STUART FULLERTON

SIKESTON -- Funeral for Stuart Dewain "Stu" Fullerton of Sikeston was held Friday at DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville. The Rev. Mark Inman officiated, with burial in Portageville.

Fullerton, 44, died Wednesday, Oct. 14, 1998, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Sept. 18, 1954, at Kennett, son of Dewain and Rose Mary Johnston Fullerton.

Fullerton was a 1972 graduate of Portageville High School, and received degrees in business and agriculture from Arkansas State University-Jonesboro.

He retired from Associated Electric Co. in Marston, and owned Save-A-Lot stores in Dexter, and in Pocahontas and Osceola, Ark.

Survivors include his parents of Portageville; two brothers, Scott Fullerton of Portageville and Grant Fullerton of Longview, Texas.
