DELTA -- Funeral service for Steven John Sadler of Delta will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. William H. Marshall will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park at Cape Girardeau.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. Sunday.
Sadler, 37, died Thursday, Sept. 29, 1994, at his home.
He was born Nov. 7, 1956, in Wellingbourgh, Northants, England, son of Albert R. and Irene A. Barker Sadler. He and Deborah Y. Seabaugh were married Oct. 16, 1974, in Cape Girardeau.
Sadler was a deckhand with Luhr Brothers of Columbia, Ill., for 15 years. He was currently employed at Lee-Rowan in Jackson.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Shelly Sadler of Chaffee, Lori Sadler of Delta; his mother of Benton; three brothers, Ronald and Albert Sadler of Benton, Norman Sadler of Chaffee; two sisters, Pamela Williams of Scott City, and Vicky Eldridge of Garland, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his father and a brother.
