PERRYVILLE -- Stephen W. Wallace, 16, of Perryville, died Wednesday, Oct. 16, 1991 in Perryville as the result of an automobile accident. He was born Dec. 28, 1974 in Wurtsmith, Mich., son of Philip J. and Gertrude A. Hoge Wallace Sr. who survive of Perryville. Other survivors are one brother, Philip J. PERRYVILLE -- Stephen W. Wallace, 16, of Perryville, died Wednesday, Oct. 16, 1991 in Perryville as the result of an automobile accident.

He was born Dec. 28, 1974 in Wurtsmith, Mich., son of Philip J. and Gertrude A. Hoge Wallace Sr. who survive of Perryville. Other survivors are one brother, Philip J. Wallace Jr. and one sister, Tamara Wallace, both of Perryville.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. Thursday at Young & Sons Funeral Chapel in Perryville. Service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Bob Thebeau officiating. Burial will be at Yount Community Cemetery.
