FREDERICKTOWN, Mo. -- Stephen Boyd McKelvey, 46, of Fredericktown died Saturday, March 30, 2013, at Madison Medical Center in Fredericktown.
He was born July 12, 1966, in St. Louis, to Johnny Charles and Jeri Cromwell McKelvey. He and Robin Lynne Bollinger were married Feb. 15, 1992, in Scott City.
Stephen was an over-the-road truck driver. He was a member of Calvary Temple Church in Fredericktown.
He served in the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Robin; a son, Brandon Keith McKelvey; and mother and stepfather, Jeri Eaton and Ray Brown, all of Fredericktown; a sister, Stephany Davidson of Cape Girardeau; and a granddaughter Emma "Sweet Pea."
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his father, Johnny; first stepfather who raised him, Tom Eaton; and a half-brother, Johnny.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. today at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson, with the Rev. Carl Cureton officiating.
