STEPHEN C. KNAPP

PERRYVILLE -- Funeral service for Stephen C. Knapp of Perryville will be held at 7:30 tonight at Young and Sons Funeral Chapel. Jack Hamper will officiate.

Friends may call from 5-9 p.m.

Knapp, 43, died Tuesday, Aug. 24, 1993, at his home.

He was born Dec. 13, 1949, in Nashville, Ill., son of William and Cassie Lee Calhoun Knapp. He and Carole S. Naeger were married Aug. 21, 1971.

Knapp was owner/operator of Carpets and More. He served with the U.S. Air Force in Vietnam.

Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Janel Head of Arnold, Emily and Cassandra Knapp of Perryville; his mother and stepfather, Cassie and John Michaud; three sisters, Velma Liszewski of Nashville, Ill., Susie Updike of Culpepper, Va., Mavis Price of West Palm Beach, Fla.; two brothers, Denny Knapp of O'Fallon, Bill Knapp of St. Marys, and a grandchild.

A sister preceded him in death.
