SIKESTON -- Stephanie L. Rockett, 30, of League City, Texas, died Tuesday, May 18, 1999, in Houston, Texas.

She was born Aug. 31, 1968, in Sikeston, daughter of Dan and Linda Rockett.

Rockett was a member of Clear Lake United Methodist Church in Houston.

Survivors include her parents of League City; a brother, Tim Rockett of League City; paternal grandparents, Maxine Laster and Albert "Doc" Laster of Bertrand; maternal grandparents, Anne Hodges of Charleston; and a companion, David Pierce of League City.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather.

Friends may call at Shelby Funeral Home in Charleston from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with Charles Kohlbaker officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery near Charleston.
