STELLA M. PEETZ

JACKSON -- Mrs. Stella M. Peetz, 88, of Jackson, died Friday, Nov. 6, 1992 at Jackson Manor Nursing Home.

She was born Dec. 19, 1903, at Oak Ridge, daughter of August and Dora Bedwell Sachse.

She was married Dec. 16, 1934, to Emil Peetz. He preceded her in death on Jan. 9, 1964.

Peetz was a school teacher and taught in several area schools. She later helped in the operation of the family dairy farm

She was a member of the Emmanuel United Church of Christ, in Jackson. she was also a member of the Women's Fellowship, Lydia Kies Circle and the Faithful Workers Sunday School Class.

Survivors include a son, Robert Peetz, of Jackson; daughter, Patsy Voshage of Jackson; brother, Henry Sachse of Jackson; one grandson; three step-grandchildren; and seven step-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, one sister, and one granddaughter.

Service will held Monday at 2 p.m. at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Sam Roethemeyer officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
